Description:
A cross-type grinder/deburrer for double-sided grinding of sharp edges created during cutting and breaking. The grinder is powered by two two-speed induction motors, each with an output of 1.1 kW and 1.4 kW. The device is equipped with a ball-bearing tank for safe glass pane guidance, equipped with precisely spaced spherical guide rollers. The dual abrasive belt guide system, driven by separate motors, is designed to simultaneously chamfer the lower and upper edges of the pane. The grinder features a closed-loop water cooling system for the cutting zone. The tank is mounted on a chassis, making belt replacement easy.
