Description:
A cross-type grinder and deburrer for double-sided grinding of sharp edges on glass sheets created during cutting and breaking. The grinder is powered by two two-speed induction motors, each with an output of 1.1 kW and 1.4 kW. The device is equipped with a ball-bearing tank for safe glass sheet guidance, equipped with appropriately spaced spherical guide rollers. It also features two side tables to facilitate working with larger sheets. The dual abrasive belt guide system, driven by separate motors, is designed to simultaneously chamfer the lower and upper edges of the sheet. The grinder features a closed-circuit water cooling system for the cutting zone.
